Checking for Orphan Codes

If your uploaded data uses codes, that are not found in the codetables, you need to update the code tables. You have a database control, that can help to identify this problem: By running the “Finding orphans” database control, you get a csv file containing the records, that uses a code (or a PID), that’s not found in the code table (or the substance registry).
